University Halls of Residence Bristol & Portsmouth: £100K

This project, based in Portsmouth, and standing at a value of £220k, comprised of the replacement of boosted cold water pipework and plant, throughout a 700 bed university halls of residence, involving the removal of failing plastic pipework, and replacement with new copper pipework throughout.

Following numerous failures of the existing infrastructure, these works have provided the client with, not only peace of mind, but additionally a 25 year warranty on all pipe and fittings.

Similarly, at Student Halls of Residence located in Bristol, the client requested the renewal of en-suite shower rooms totalling 104 bedrooms.

By removal of the existing hot water plant, and following proposal, design and agreement replacement by form of an energy saving solution, was installed, ensuring the university’s requirements for sustainability and efficiency were achieved.

In addition to items noted, all plumbing, electrical and also decoration works were undertaken.
